Some of you may have heard of Dirty Signs with Kristin. A youtube channel where a hearing person (who seems to have never studied ASL) is showing how to sign dirty phrases in ASL. However, it’s not even grammatically correct, some of the vocabulary is wrong, and some of the phrases are completely sexist & racist. She just announced that she has gotten signed to publish a book. In addition, I have tried to communicate with Kristin via her Dirty Signs with Kristin facebook page and instead she has blocked me and has been consistently deleting any critical comments being left on her wall. Not cool Kristin. Not cool.

1 - I finally made the leap from whining about wanting to write and thinking about my story into WRITING AN OUTLINE.
2 - I am now in the phase of the outline where I get to write full paragraph summaries of my plot and I am TOTALLY excited about this.
3 - even though I am making myself wait until a day when it is not 10-freakin’-pm.
4 - My last meeting for tomorrow was cancelled.
5 - Watching Aliens and Velasquez kicks ass every damn time.

I have
- poured hot water into the COFFEE CANISTER instead of the PRESS POT
- spilled coffee ON THE FLOOR while loading a cup in the dishwasher (BECAUSE IT STILL HAD COFFEE IN IT)
- had a minor mental breakdown about the goddamned drain flies in the kitchen because I KEEP MY PLACE CLEAN I DO NOT DESERVE THESE GO AWAY.
can I go back to bed yet?

I really like the idea of Yggdrasil on a forearm btw! And yes definitely bring in pictures. I had like a whole folder when I went, haha.
Hah - yeah, I am going to have to use my google-fu for this, methinks. Oh well, I now have at least 4 months before I can get the tattoo, so I have time.
And - thanks! i really like the idea too. Hopefully I can make it work. There WILL be pictures. Maybe even of the fading process if I can remember to do it this time.
I AM NOT GETTING A TATTOO JUST YET. I WAS GETTING A CONSULTATION.
I want to cover up the tattoo on my forearm. But apparently it’s still too dark. So, two more sessions of laser for me, whee. :( Also, I wanted to get a world tree, but apparently the thickness of the current tattoo would mean the trunk would have to be thick and the tattoo artist thinks that will result in the branches/roots having to be massive and going up my inner elbow (ow) onto my bicep and probably have to do something weird about the wrist/palm thing.
Then again, uh, he didn’t know what a world tree was, so maybe if I show him an image, it will work out better. (LOL)
Either way. Two more laser sessions for me before any decisions can be made!
I suppose it’s kind of silly to be at a tattoo parlor and be annoyed by the hard rock music they’re playing.
